Shipping to Italy

Garlic orders are shipped throughout Italy via international and domestic couriers. We do not ship outside of Italy at this time.

Delivery time in Italy

Once we receive the order and the payment we will personally contact the customer, to agree on the delivery time: each product is handcrafted, of which we will document to the customer all the production phase ad hoc for him.

Undelivered parcels

The courier usually makes two delivery attempts. Delivery is made personally for this there needs to be a bell with the last name of the recipient or the person in charge of receiving the parcel. After two unsuccessful attempts, the package goes into storage. You will then be contacted to verify the reasons for non-delivery and to resolve the problem.

If a package is not picked up, it is returned to us and we are charged redelivery fees, which vary depending on the weight of the shipment. At that point there are two alternatives:

You can request a new shipment at your expense, including the costs incurred for redelivery;

You can request a refund equal to the order price minus all redelivery costs.

Se il pacco risulta consegnato per il corriere anche per noi lo è, non è possibile richiedere risarcimenti o reinvii dell’ordine. Chiediamo quindi di essere presenti alla consegna o di indicare un indirizzo a cui ci sia qualcuno di fidato a cui affidare la consegna.

Additional Information

In the event that you avail yourself of the right of termination under Article 61, 4th and 5th paragraphs, Consumer Code, we will make a refund of the Total Amount Due.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the Products as well as the responsibility for the transportation of the Products.
